Easy fast Veg. Sandwich Recipe

Summer season is around the corner and if you are looking to avoid non Vegetarian ingredients in your daily meal recipes then these veg. light weighted sandwiches could be really good as well. In That situation healthy Vegetarian sandwiches which are filled with nutrients is always handy to cook for your family members and especially kids like them a lot. Today we are going to make Easy Fast Veg. sandwich and given below is the recipe to start off with the proceeding -
Ingredients Required –
1 sliced low fat Cheese, or grated cheese cubes
1 Small Cucumber, fine sliced lengthwise
2 Sliced Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Hummus
2 slices of whole grain bread
½ teaspoon of Oregano,
White pepper,
Salt to Taste
Chili flakes
Recipe -
Start off with whole grain bread, which is nicely baked and fresh enough for your sandwich. Take one slice of whole grain bread and spread ½ tablespoon Hummus on top of it and make gentle fine layer with it. Smooth and fine creamy hummus will add a nice texture and flavor in your sandwich, and it is also pretty much lighter and having less fats than mayonnaise.
After applying hummus on top of your bottom layer whole grain bread slice put 3-4 slices of cucumber. Cucumber is light and cool and it helps you to cool down your body temperature as well. After adding cucumber slices it’s time now to put tomatoes slices on top of Cucumber layer. Now add Cheese slice on top of tomatoes and sprinkle chili flakes, white pepper, salt to taste and oregano and put the top layer of whole grain bread slice.
You can grill your sandwich else you can also have it without grilling with Tomato ketchup or mint sauce.
