Pan Fried Chicken Legs Thighs Breasts Recipe

Tangy pan fried chicken in Spicy Cheese Sauce is a very famous dish among many people, especially among those who love chicken and want to cook it easily within few minutes. However, the dish is not meant for people who are on strict weight loss diet instead if you are lean and slim trim then enjoy pan fried chicken this weekend.

Ingredients:
Parmesan cheese – one cup
Worcestershire sauce – one teaspoon
Chicken breast – two/three
Olive oil and butter – one teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Chili flakes – five/six
Pepper – one and half teaspoon
Red wine – one/two teaspoon

Method – Take a pan and add Parmesan cheese into it, stir for few minutes and let it melts down, now add Worcestershire sauce and again stir for few minutes. Stir off the heat and take out the concoction, store it into refrigerator and start preparing for next step.
Again take a pan add olive oil into it now add chicken breast and let the color change into brown now add thyme, pepper, chili flakes and salt than butter and cheese (which earlier you has stored in refrigerator) let the ingredients cook well. The final step is to spread some red wine before serving hot.
